These are some of the questions we have been asked:


Do you ship everywhere

Unfortunately, we only ship to the USA or Canada (for an added fee) due to international shipping costs. We are at the bare minimum for what can be charged for shipping.

What payment options do you have

We use PayPal as our secure payment gateway and for credit card processing.  You can either use your PayPal account, or a credit card if you do not have PayPal.

What is your refund policy

You may request a refund until you are issued a USPS tracking number.  After that, refunds may not be given, unless it is returned to sender because of an error that we made.  If the recipient returns it to sender, or you provide a bad address, then you may not get a refund.

How long does it take to send

We here, at strive for shipping within 24 hours.

How do I know if the recipient has received their brick

We ship all of our bricks using the USPS, with delivery confirmation, and we tell you, our valued customer, the tracking number for each brick you purchase.

Is this service anonymous

Yes, this is completely anonymous, and your name is not on the brick, box, the note you send, etc….

How do I send a letter with my brick

You can specify what you want sent in the “Order Notes” section of the checkout page, under the shipping address.

Can I write anything on my note

Yes and no.  If it is deemed to be too violent or vulgar, we will email you and ask for it to be revised, but other than that, you can write anything you want.

How do I get the discounts to send to various places

Right now, we offer 10% off on shipping to the Westboro Baptist Church, The US Capitol Building, and Comcast.


All you have to do is use the coupon codes “westboro”, “capitol”, or “comcast”, and the discount will be applied, and we will ship it to the appropriate address (the shipping address is ignored in these cases).

Can I chose my glitter color

Unfortunately, right now, you can not pick your own glitter color.  It is randomly selected, and added to the brick order.

Can I sue you

No, LLC is not responsible for any damages a brick may cause.  Order at your own discretion.
